I strongly advocate for upholding the "Rule of Law" and prioritizing public safety in Connecticut. I oppose calls to "defund the police" and believe in providing our police, law enforcement, and fire service communities with the necessary tools and resources to ensure our safety.

My prior experience in hazardous materials emergency response with DEP/DEEP involved collaboration with local and state police agencies, as well as fire and public safety partners, all dedicated to keeping Connecticut safe. During my tenure, I served on the Homeland Security Advisory Council, advising the Governor's office and other state leaders, and on the Incident Management Task Force, providing guidance to the Transportation Strategy Board to maintain the safety and accessibility of our roadways for commercial commerce.
